1. What Phony is

Phony is a free community-powered phone number lookup service. Reports are user-submitted and reflect the submitter's personal experience, not verified fact.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit reports that are defamatory, harassing, unlawful, or intended to damage another party's reputation without good-faith basis. Repeated abuse will be removed and may be blocked.

3. No warranty

Phony is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of any report or the identity of any caller. Do not rely on Phony for legal or financial decisions.

4. Moderation

We may remove or hide any report at our discretion, including in response to a valid dispute request.
