Phony is a free, community-powered lookup for Australian phone numbers. If you've received a call you don't recognise, search the number here to see what other people have reported.

How it works

Every visit to a number's page contributes a small amount of context — like the last time it was searched. When people leave a report (Spam, Safe, or Not sure), other users can agree or disagree, and the number's reputation builds up organically over time.

Who we are

Phony is an independent project. It isn't affiliated with any telco or government agency. Reports are user-submitted and do not represent confirmed fact about the caller.
